Jack Davis: Grade 7

It’s winter, and that means a whole new sports season for the Buckley Upper School! Basketball! And the students are working extremely hard to make sure that this upcoming season counts.

For some students, this winter will be the first time that they play competitive basketball. Good luck to them! Also, everyone else is doing his and her very best to hone the skills and have a successful season.

All the coaches are helping everyone cross the threshold from beginner to game-ready basketball players. The countless drills, fitness exercises, and position diagrams are really preparing these students. And the athletes are doing their part, too, by working their hardest, and trying their best each and every day.
